| When Our Children See the Sun Coming Through the Clouds Like this They Call It, "GOD TALKING" We have all come short of the Glory of God. There is NO way around it. We can't talk our way through it, do good to make up for it, or even possibly pay the price. The things we can do is TRUST HIM, LOVE HIM, and BELIEVE. This is what being HIS child is all about. |
| Have You Ever Lied? Have You Ever Stolen Anything? Have You Ever Looked At Something and Wanted it More Than Anything? Have You Ever Taken the Lord's Name in Vain? Have You Ever Disobeyed your Parents? If you can honestly answer "YES", to any one of these questions then You KNOW that you are a sinner! You have broken at least one of the Ten Commandments. God's Law! Now, if you were sent to God's courtroom for such a penalty, how would you be able to rectify this? Could you just simply say, "I'm really sorry." Or, "It was only this one time." Or even, "I promise I'll never do it again." Would that work today's courtroom? Maybe, but not in the Highest Court in the World, or even the Universe. God is Supreme and what he says goes. So, if He were to give you a fine to pay that was astronomical how would you ever pay it? You couldn't short of giving your life, right? Well, that's where Jesus comes in as God as man, born o a virgin and living a perfect life. He is the lawyer and says, " I'll pay the fine with my blood, my life, a perfect and holy one. There is ONE restriction or compromise. You must believe in Him that he died for you to pay your fine. your sin, your debt. So that you may Live and Live to tell others. Could you do it? Check out these verses in the Bible to reaffirm: John 3:16 Isaiah 55:7 John 1:12 John 3:3 John 5:24 Romans 5:1 Philippians 4:4-9 Colossians 3:15 Exodus 20 Romans 3:23 Romans 5:8 Acts 3:19 Romans 10:13 Ezekiel 18: 4-20 If only you could trust in Him, you can walk out of that courtroom pardoned for all your sins. Not from the questions I asked, but all the things you have done or will do. Give Your Heart to Jesus And, He will win the battle for you! God Bless! |
